Claude Certified Architect
– Foundations (CCAF)

Required by Anthropic for every one of us. The CCAF validates how to scope and design Claude-based solutions — selecting the right model and deployment platform, framing agentic vs. single-shot architectures, and accounting for evaluation, cost, and responsible deployment from day one.

Exam format
60 questions · 120 minutes
~135 min total seat time. Multiple-choice, English only. 12-month validity. Delivered online-proctored or at a Pearson test center. $125 USD — each consultant pays for their own exam.
The good news
No coding required
The exam tests how you architect solutions with Claude — not whether you can write software. A technical background accelerates prep, but it is not a prerequisite. This is reasoning, not syntax.

Required by Anthropic. Open to CPN partners now. The clock on certification has started — every certified person on the roster moves the whole practice forward.
